02Terms of use

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The information here describes our services in general terms. Prices, availability and the details of any event are only confirmed once we have agreed them with you in writing, and any event we organise is governed by that written agreement, not by this page.

You are welcome to link to our home page, as long as the link is honest and does not suggest that we sponsor or endorse you. You may not show our pages inside a frame on another website, or present them in a way that changes how they look.

Links from our site to others, such as Instagram and WhatsApp, are there for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

03Liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that its information is always complete or up to date, or that the site will always be free of errors or interruptions.

The site is provided free of charge, so, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using it or relying on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or serious misconduct.

04Your enquiry & data

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive the details you enter:

  • your name and email address
  • your phone number, if you give it
  • your event dates and expected number of guests, if you give them
  • your message

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan your event. We do not sell them, rent them or share them for marketing.

The form is delivered to us through Formspree, a form-processing service that passes your enquiry on to our inbox. We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any event that follows.

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just write to contact@jaesevent.com.

05Cookies

This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers. To understand how the site is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits (the pages viewed, the country and the type of device) without cookies and without identifying you.

The only thing the site keeps in your browser is your choice of language, so it opens in that language next time; it stays on your device and is never sent to us.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and to display it your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts and code and icons from jsDelivr. Like any web server, these services receive your IP address when they send those files to your browser.

06Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute about them will be brought before the competent courts of Marrakech.
